A motor from a children’s electric motorcycle

I got a children’s electric motorcycle, which is designed to move children using the electric energy of the battery located inside the motorcycle.I decided to check, and what if I, an adult, get on such a transport, will he be able to take me for a ride?

During disassembly, it turns out that there is only one DC electric motor in the motorcycle called HG 380-3850 SC, which I could not find the characteristics for. This motor is connected to the wheel through a gearbox.

The dimensions of the motor are about 4 cm in length, with a diameter of about 2.8 cm.Just like a small battery.

I saddled a motorcycle, I supplied power to the motor from two 18650 batteries connected in series. The voltage turned out to be 7.4 Volts. The current consumed by the motor is measured by an ammeter. And what was my surprise that when the power was applied, the motorcycle began to roll me, and I started moving without a pusher or acceleration. When starting from the place, the current will be somewhere 7.5 Amperes, and while driving about 5 Amperes.I drove so 5 meters, the speed is really small.

Inside this motor there are three windings and two magnets.

The contacts on the windings are made in the form of two brushes. The power consumed when driving was about 35 watts.
