The WS9445D7P chip is used in LED lamps as a pulse driver for powering LEDs with current.The input voltage of the chip is from 85 to 265 Volts.It contains a field-effect transistor switch for supplying current to the choke and LEDs.The operating current of the chip is only 200 µA and it monitors the temperature and solves the problem of flashing LEDs.Also, the chip has protection against LED breakage,short circuit on the LEDs,short circuit of the CS resistor (current sense).EFFICIENCY up to 93%.The maximum current for LEDs is 560 mA at 120 Volts.
