DT71 mini digital tweezer smart SMD tester.Review

With this DT71 digital tweezers you will be able to measure voltage, resistance, inductance, capacitance, frequency, check diodes. There is also a built-in generator of various signals and there is also an automatic mode in which you can measure resistance, inductance, diodes…I have been using this tweezers for exactly one year and it is very convenient, especially to check the capacitance or resistance of smd components.

I bought it on Ali and a photo with the characteristics of the tweezers from there.
DT71 manual. The version of my tweezers is 1.15, in the instructions the specifications for version 1.05

The set includes tweezers, a controller is connected to it.There is a battery inside the tweezers and a 5V charger is connected to the tweezers, which is not included. As soon as you have charged the battery, connect the controller to the tweezers and the device is ready for use.And where are the buttons? There is only one and it is sensory.

When the tweezers are not in use, it turns off automatically after a few minutes. To turn it on, shake the tweezers.
When you turn on, you immediately get into measurement mode, where you have to select everything manually.Touch the end of the controller with your finger and the switching of measurement modes R,D,C,L,F,V will begin.
One finger touch-one mode switch.

Checking the resistors. It is known that color coding can be used in resistors and it is not very convenient to quickly find a resistor with the desired resistance. This will allow you to make tweezers. It is also convenient to check the resistors directly on the board

Checking diodes.Tweezers will show the voltage drop on the diode

Checking the inductance.Below 10 uH, my tweezers do not measure inductance very accurately.Maybe it’s fixed today

Frequency measurement. The specifications indicate that it measures from 10 Hz to 20 MHz.In fact, it measures to 50 MHz, at a signal level of 1.5 V.

The voltmeter checked up to 32 Volts, it measures quite normally

Generator function. To switch to this mode, press the sensor button for a long time.First, you will enter the automatic measurement mode, then tap the sensor button again for a long time and enter the generator mode. There are four signals available here. This is a 10kHz sine, 100kHz noise, a custom 10kHz sine and a 100kHz pulse signal.
Then click on the sensor and get into calibration.Act according to the prompt on the display.
